Rachel Erlichman

Rachel joined the Space Professionals Partnership network in April 24 and brings over 7 years of experience in the space sector and more than 15 years in finance leadership. Her expertise spans finance and operational management, strategic and project planning, government funding (UKSA & ESA), and compliance and regulatory matters.

Rachel has been a Chief Financial Office and has 17 years of financial experience across publicly listed companies, private equity-backed corporates, and venture capital-backed start-ups in diverse industries, including space and telecommunications, healthcare, and retail. Rachel demonstrates a highly developed business sense and a proven ability to manage multiple assignments under time constraints, working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Known for being open-minded, forward-thinking, and hardworking with a “yes we can” approach. A solid track record of problem-solving, process improvements, and driving business efficiencies. Extensive experience in managing financials and operations, compliance and regulations including due diligence, SOX processes, system implementation, government grants (UKSA, ESA), team building, and HR.
