Adit Shah

Adit joined the Space Professionals Partnership network in August 2024. Adit is an aerospace engineer with over a decade of experience within the space and aerospace sectors in commercial and technical roles. His expertise in engineering and commercialising technologies, managing projects and bids, and developing strategies is backed by his proven track record in leading business development and complex engineering projects at start-ups, scale-ups, and primes.

Adit has previously founded a start-up developing in-orbit servicing technologies with support from the UK Space Agency and two leading UK universities. He has also worked on small-sat systems, in-space machine vision, and composite materials for space applications.

Currently, as the Director of Elantar Ltd, Adit helps companies develop space and aerospace technologies, manage bids and projects, and develop and execute strategies. His techno-commercial expertise, problem-solving skills, and curiosity have driven his success for over a decade. Most recently, he has advised a hedge fund in assessing opportunities for composites within aerospace and space.
